W2/R1 The dog, smoking and birthdays

First time running with the dog today was so much easier than I thought went somewhere a little different thought I would try the nature reserve quite muddy but loved it. Surprised how much easier I found this run than the first one even though it was made harder! Even did a little extra jog at the end to get back. Coming from doing no exercise to completing that is an amazing change in a week. I have quit smoking recently too which I’m hoping will be helping now too. I’m turning 21 on Friday so hoping to have a healthier happier year going forward!

well done you.

i find running with my dogs more fun than running alone.

i hope that any1 doing this uses a harness ( one that does not restrict shoulder movement)

also a bungee lead is a good addition to stop jarring.

lots of info on FB canix pages. x
