Week 4 😱

Well, I’m a 56 year old female and have been so unfit for so long, along with a bad back and being diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency earlier this year. I have cried many a tear as I felt fat and fatigued 😭 My doctor told me that I had high cholesterol and needed to do something about it. That was the kick I needed and I have turned my life around. I follow a lower fat diet and started C25k 4 weeks ago. The first week was so hard but I have persevered. I started week 5 today and cannot believe how far I have come. I have lost over a stone and feel so much healthier 😀 I know it gets harder by the end of this week but I will give it my best. Watch this space! ☺️

Well done. I completed W5R3 today and it wasn't as hard as I thought it might be. As 'Laura' says just keep putting one foot in front of the other! When I looked through the runs at the start it seemed such a jump to 20nminutes and I wondered if I'd actually be able to do it! But all the stages each week build us up so we're able to do each one!
