Welcome... I assume you’ve consulted your doctor and are good to go. Run nice and slowly, keep it at conversational pace, there is no too slow. Keeping the pace down will allow your legs and cardiovascular systems to develop. It’s surprising how quickly the fitness levels increase. Enjoy your journey, you can do this.
