After loving the first 2 weeks I was a little nervous about week 3 with two 3 minute runs... but I've just done run 1... and not only did I do all the runs, I added on a minute to the end of the last one. Not sure if this is a good thing to do or not but I had the energy and now feel confident about the rest if the week and next week (Looks a big jump up but I I'm more positive about it now). Absolutely loving this app!

Great job. Adding extra on in general isn’t a great idea, but the odd minute won’t hurt every now and then. You’ve got a couple of runs the same, and after that little extra you know you can do week 4 too, so relax and just think of your username, it’s very much true.
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started

It’s normal to look ahead and feel nervous about the next week/increase in running time - I know it used to freak me out something rotten! But you have to remember that with each run completed you are getting fitter, so can cope with the gentle increases no bother! Every run builds strength and stamina so you are equipped for the next run. It works a treat; you just have to trust it...and yourself.
I completed C25K in Nov 17. Found the first few weeks a real challenge, couldn’t breathe well and legs hurt like mad for a day or two. Have been running for 17 months now, and today I ran 14km, no bother. 😊 Proof!
Happy running, stay strong (it’s mostly in the mind).
