Went out last Tuesday for my first graduation run which went well (3.05 km in 30 minutes) my best so far! Then succumbed to a sickness bug - 2 days laid up, no proper food but a strange craving for malted milk biscuits....
Feeling so much better today and hoping to complete my graduation run 2 but after following the advice from everyone on this forum I’ll take it slow, put no pressure on myself and I’ll listen to my body. Crikey I’m becoming sensible!
