Started a few weeks ago and got to week 4 but hurt my achilies. Got it strapped and rested for three weeks. Bought super expensive new trainers and started back at week 1. Now at week 2 run three and my ankle is hot and burning at the front of my foot. Slightly puffy, too. Icing and stretching, any other advice?
