App not working

Help!!!! Apps not working. It's so annoying. I've deleted it and re. installed it but still not working. Any ideas?

Perhaps you might need a new Smartphone Hola2, I had to buy a new one last year, technology changes so quickly nowadays, my old phone only had 2GB storage, my new one has 64GB, it can take every app under the sun including the C25K app, if you do have a new Smartphone and the app doesn't work, take your phone to the place where you bought it and tell the the man there that you may have a problem with your phone.

Sorry to hear that. A number of people on here have complained about the app crashing.

Do have a look at the podcast version. Comes with music which is a bit crash crash! But solves any tech issues.That can be played on an iPod or phone. Read the pages Ionnada Truffe recommends. Set out on a walk, with a bit of very gentle jogging in it. Search Japanese Slow Running!! Gentle jogging. Enjoy doing yourself some good!
