Final run of week 8 completed this morning, and such a difference than W8R2. Lovely morning, and everything just worked as it should. Even toxic 10 wasn't so bad.
Rather mixed feelings going into the final week. I know it's just the beginning but I have loved the whole process that I think I'll miss it a little. I know I'll miss Jo in my ears, giving me encouraging comments. That said, relishing graduating.
Off on holiday next week, so my last 'formal' runs will be along the beach at Slapton, Devon, and looking forward to that sea air. Wave if you see me!

Great work. Week 9 is your victory lap... and Jo can stay a while if you follow the recommended consolidation period after graduation, so you don’t have to split up with her just yet... and you can remain friends when you do, there’s always going to be a “let’s run 30 minutes day”
