Did a 30 length swim before work this morning, worked all day & I've just completed week 7 run 3, feeling good! 🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Although I've ran 5k before, I've never been able to do it in under 30 mins. I literally want to get even 29min59secs! At today's pace, I'll do it! (See photo)

Any tips for keeping the same pace but increasing to 28 minutes for week 8?? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Great job... and well done on that swim too, what a day of exercise 👏

In theory, assuming you’re running quite comfortably, the 28 will come without any issues... you’ve done 4 25’s and your legs got stronger on each one, you got fitter with each one. Run one of every week is worth running a tad slower as that can remove the doubt from your head. Enjoy those 28s
