Finished week 3 with heavy legs.

Hi everyone.

I’ve just got back from a lovely run along the canal in the sunshine. Although I struggled a little with the 3 minutes, I’m proud to say, I’ve completed week 3!

I’m a little apprehensive about week 4 as my legs have felt very heavy this week.

Any tips? Or is this something I have to push through?

Good run, make sure you are well hydrated 7 days a week that should help 😊

Congratulations on completing week 3, you are doing very well indeed Emlist29.

Take a good rest, drink plenty of water the day before you run and do the run slowly, no need to worry about week 4.
