10km backwards

I mean I ran my long route the opposite way round, not that I actually ran backwards.

The run out is mainly up a long incline, so back is downhill. I did a slow run out and jeffed back. It was hard to know when to stop and start walking, but it seems jeffing doesn’t slow you down. I might try jeffing up hill next time.

Sunny but with a wicked cold breeze today.

Aw, shattered my illusions there 😁 It is a little bit nippy out there when you get into the open 🌬️
