How slowly can I run?

Achieved my goal this morning of doing my slowest 3k ever. I've been ill, yet again, and like the little Japanese running videos, so thought this goal might suit. So many out there are trying to get PBs. I'll rebel, try for my slowest (PW?!) and avoid injury. He-he!!

There is much to commend slow running. I adore it 🥰. Laconic and soothing. It’s better than medicine in my book Done outdoors, preferably somewhere pleasant on a decent weather day. I’d take a tasty snack to make life complete 💪👍😃. Some goodly tunes too of course

Slow is good...........but going ever slower will not trigger the adaptation of your muscles and bones as much as being just a bit faster. As long as you can speak clear ungasping sentences as you run, then you are slow enough, but slowing further will diminish the returns.
