W1R2 done!

Second run done! In some ways these first few runs will be the most challenging for me, because my track record with sticking to things isn’t great...but I paced myself better than the first run and felt good ☺️ I did get a little pain in my shins though, any tips for that? I do the NHS website stretches after running, but currently don’t stretch before running. Also just downloaded the C25K app as I only had the podcast. Do you just create a playlist in Spotify or iTunes and then hit play on the C25K app? Can you change your trainer between runs to mix it up?

I’m not sure if you can change your trainer mid way, I’m not sure if it might reset it. The app will play in between you playlist. For motivation the best thing is to have a little read of the forum daily and keep posting it will help you to feel part of our little group and we will all help is you feel yourself faltering. Rfc x
