Well I’ve done it! If I can anyone can! The programme is effective and even when you ‘think’ you can’t you can! It took a bit longer than expected as I had to rest my hip for a few weeks. I used to say I couldn’t run out of a burning building I can now say I can run for 30 mins - something I never thought I’d do! Age 46 and feeling fitter - so what next what do people do after graduation to keep going? I’m considering local park run but not that fussed - any ideas suggestions welcome - THANK YOU C25k 😃

Congratulations 🎉🥳 well done on your achievement. I would say keep running 30 minutes a few weeks say 3 and while you do that you can think about what you might want to do next.
Congratulations and happy running!!
