Just completed this run with no aches, pains or anything. Really enjoyed it.... Cannot believe how far I've come. I'm going to be lost without this to do every week once I've graduated.

However I am going to sign up to the Great Birmingham 10k run for Cystic Fibrosis in April 💪🏽

Well done... there is so much to do when you complete this.. this is just the beginning... there is consolidation and Bridge to 10K...for starters :)

I did the graduation run again and again, using the different coaches for variation, for my consolidation runs. I just needed the timing and encouragement. As Oldfloss says - there’s Bridge to 10k, but don’t push yourself too far too fast, as new runners we’re at risk of injury.

Good luck with W9 - it’s brilliant!
