Is it just me or do other people find the first 30 seconds or so of the cool down walk feel really odd and you find yourself thinking running would be so much easier. The first 28 min walk I thought my legs were really tired, and wobbly, but on the third run today I got the same feeling and think it’s just my body is still in its regular running pace, almost like a metronome, and asking it to walk is,for a few seconds, hard to do. Or am I totally bonkers 🤔😂

Yes I find that! It is like my balance is affected in an odd way and jelly legs kick in. I found it really bad when I've tried using a treadmill in the past, in fact I've had to hang on haha!
Doesn’t feel like a balance thing with me rather like my brain is saying “Walking ! how do you do that” it’s not tiredness as I find walking gets easier the further I go. Should imagine running on a treadmill means even if you are not actually looking down, your peripheral vision is still seeing your feet and the bed moving, but may be wrong, I often am 😂
I think of balance because it can happen to me in the middle of madly dancing as well (and this happened yesterday without a trace of alcohol). Maybe I'm just generally wobbly haha! I do love that word Your body forgetting how to walk seems reasonable too
