So took me a week to get to the last run of wk 2 due to travelling and blisters but got there this morning in the rain and was even quite cheerful on route. Said hi to a few proper runners who gave me the “keep going “ look and a friendly hi , I’ve got used to that now and don’t feel quite so embarrassed, still have a tomato face and cramp in my feet so have to do an extra long walk home to pace my way through it but am actually enjoying myself who’d have thought it 🥵🙂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Blisters are horrible. Make sure you’ve got your running shoes last up tight enough. I treated myself to some ASICS blister proof socks which have been wonderful.

Also proper bluster plasters like competed (or unbranded ones) work really well to help them heal faster.

Good luck with week 3.
