Thanks to a very good local chiropractor I am pleased to report my calf strain has now (hopefully) receded enough so I resumed at W3R1 - which went fine BUT I decided to do a full circuit-style warm up before I took to the warm up walk. Then some toe raises to keep the calf gently stretched.
I had to back out at W6R3 with the calf strain, was wondering if I should just work back up from W3R1 or try W4.....am happy with either but wondered what everyone thinks...

....actually, no. Tried WK4R1and the calf got sore about 80% of way in so backed out, warmed down and stretched lots. Back to W3R2 on Boxing Day, clearly needs more running in (pun intended...☺️☺️)....happy jogging to all the C25K folk this Christmas...🎉
Week 4 run 2....had the best one yet....even extended my stride during the last run period and - thus far - no muscle niggles.....I suffer acute rhinitis so a bit claggy but pleased I can get to R3 and then start W5. Steady as we go...☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
