I never thought I could complete the C25K process
I never knew running could feel so good
It’s taken much longer than 9 weeks but this forum has taught me that everyone has their own pace
Let’s hope Santa leaves me some new trainers under the tree to help me on the next stage of my journey

Amazing achievement. Well done. What a Christmas gift you’ve given yourself! Now you can look forward to building on it during 2019, getting stronger and going further. I have to say, I’m enjoying running a lot more now, having found week 9 quite tough. And I’ve continued learning on my running journey - I prefer no music, running tights that don’t need hitching up are a Godsend and I prefer to pick a 5k route to complete and have no time reminders.
