Blisters and Bling

Hello, my first Post. I should have run W9R2 today but my heavy cold has put a stop to that. Great to read all your posts. Two questions please - what socks do you wear to prevent blisters and what activity trackers are your favourite and why?

I got some running socks in the summer at Lidl, not had any issues with them, apart from if I wash more than one pair at a time they’re a pain... have to make sure I ball a left and a right together.

I use Nike Run Club because as well as tracking it offers guided runs, so now post grad I have coaches in my ears, and also it does race plans for 5k, 10k, 15k, HM and Marathon for free where virtually all the others charge. It has a sister app Nike Training Club and the running plans use that too.

I’m wearing decathlon cheap ones and feet are fine so far

I’ve just bought a Fitbit , up until now I’ve just used Track my run on my phone
