Was not looking forward to this one. Not because I didn't feel capable but I had a tightening calf and stretching only relieves for a while.

Took it slowly (ish) and got the job done.

It helps to be in a group to distract and spur you on.

Only another 3 weeks to go! πŸ˜ΈπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ˜Έ

Great job... 3 weeks to add 5 minutes, I think you can manage that πŸ˜‚. You got no worries and the strength will really start building in the next few weeks, just be kind on your calf and watch the pace, strength equates to speed so keeping your usual pace for a couple of runs is a bit of a discipline exercise.

I did the same run as you today πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I’m doing yoga a couple of times a week and that helps with all my little aches and niggles

Hopefully we’ll graduate in 3 weeks time x

Thanks blackcatgib! I always find yoga harder than expected...

I'm just stretching more and drinking more (water that is...😸) and I have also taken to trying the evil lumpy roller thing.

Very painful... But feels better afterwards. 😸
