Who does weights at home?
What do you have? - Weights? Make? Model?
Do you have a regime in between #C25k
OR do people prefer to spend £30+ a month and use the bigger variety at the likes of pureGym etc?

No weights. I use NTC and Boxx apps for a variety of workouts, NTC does some body weight workouts where I am my own dumbbells (been called that in the past... who knew?) and also some yoga and strengthening. Boxx kicks my ass, which I sometimes need to resist the temptation to run on an off day. If I do get dumbbells, medicine balls etc I can tell NTC and it adds them in.
My “gym” is behind my house and it’s called Kinder Scout... I get a good workout on the way up and sometimes do my app workouts up there or back at the bottom.
NTC - Nike Training Club?
Boxx - ???????????????????
Boxx is another app... boxing based training... £80 a year though, but I get it free through Perkbox
NTC is indeed the Nike app... everything is free there, but they do like to advertise their products on your feed 😂
Also, going back to dumbbells, many exercises make a bigger impact with a small weight in each hand... maybe about a pound each. My kitchen had tons of tins of kidney beans and the likes in... they do nicely.
A FREE app and they have the audacity to advertise their products.. hahaha.. so i need to workout with the kidney beans and sweetcorn?
It’s a good place to start... think Argos do one pound dumbbells at about £8 a set... free beats it!
