So, have been using stepping stones podcasts while consolidating and now havenāt run for 10 days because Iāve got groin strain!!
Gutted that Iāve come this far and now have this injury and worried I might lose my fitness/running whilst I recover. Iām still walking everyday as I have a dog but when Iām walking it does feel better but when Iām resting/doing stuff around the house I seize up! I guess Iām right in not running until it goes but does anyone have any experience of picking up groin strain whilst running?
