Wow that's all I can say. Somthing is working. Hills didn't seem a problem and I marked a PB. I'm well pleased. Not getting carried away and I didn't push it. I just kept at a pace the whole way through. Lost my breathing slightly but got it back. It seemed like I just breezed through it. A weird feeling as I know it was hard. If that all makes sense

Great run Johnny... all your hard work is paying off and you’re now fit enough to run with less effort sometimes which is cool. I think these runs more than make up for the ones that suck.
