Did w4r3 this morning on treadmill as usual. Runs earlier in week were comfortable. But this morning I was struggling on the first 3 runs, was it the stress at work last week, sleepless nights, too much food or drink or the 7 day break since my last run, nope.....I'd left the incline at +2 from my warm up walk instead of going back to my normal +1 for my runs!! A small thing but boy did I feel it. Anyway doing the last 5 minute run on +1 felt like going downhill 😊😊 Bring on the challenge of w5 !!
