After a disappointing last run I was a little unsure about starting the third week but so glad I did! A very chilly morning but following some very wise advice from some of the forum members I slowed my pace right down and felt so much better for doing so. No stitches and not even feeling unbearably out of breath, I feel like my legs are what struggle most but I guess muscles will build up over time as I progress. Overall feeling so pleased, but thinking some gloves would be a good idea for future chilly starts!
