really pleased to have finished week 6 .. found I had covered 3km in the last run .. I was worried that I wasn't covering enough distance.

being old, overweight and short I am only taking small steps so I suspect someone younger, taller and lighter would cover more distance in the same time.

6 weeks ago I couldn't even jog for a minute. on the 3rd run of week one I could barely stagger through the 5 min warm down.

Well done you, your doing fab!!. Forget about the distance, that will come with time & not a prerequisite on completing C25K. Just run for the time required, slow & steady. Honest, it works. Happy running 👍🏻

Terrific! Wk6 is well known for being a major challenge in the programme. On to regular longer runs now which I am sure you will manage. Just following the advice from your C25K coach seems to be the key. Well done
