Well done. It will definitely get easier. Still listen to your body though and take extra rest days if needed.
Make sure you are stretching after each run. This really helped me.

Your body will slowly get used to the demands, but keeping it nice and slow and stretching after every run can make a huge difference.

Good for you Poll-dam. It’s mind over matter - some days tour legs will be like lead other days, well I won’t say you skip like a gazelle, but it’ll be easier anyway 🤣🏎🏁
Good for you for starting! I've just completed run 3 of week 3 & chuffed to bits to have got this far. For me, the worst one was week 1 run 2 - what had by got myself into? Would I ever recover? Made myself do the 3rd run & keep with the program. I make a playlist to run to & change it for each week. Good luck on your journey.
