Wow, that was hard...took me back to how I felt after run 1 of Week 1 in that I'm purple faced again and rolling my eyes when the app tells me I have a run coming up 😂 I'm hoping I'll find the next run a bit easier. At least after completing week 1 I treated myself to a pair of running shoes which made the shin pain disappear!

Great job. The shoes have done a good job already... good investment. The steps up often feel hard, but the next should be easier, just like week one.

You may find it helps to slow down just a little until you’ve built up your stamina.
