My poor legs😩

So today is w1r2 but my poor legs, I am dying in pain😩

I have to drop my son off to nursery for 12 and I go straight to the gym from there. I have done so much stretching, soaks in a hot bath and have used a foam roller but the fronts of my thighs are still on fire🔥 I suppose it’s my own fault as I did my run on Monday then decided to stay in the gym and do leg day 😩

Please pray that I make it through this 2nd run🙏🏼

Good warmup then gently into it, keep it slow and steady. Good luck

Keep it slow. Give your body a chance to develop before you push it too hard. An extra rest day between runs may help.

Thanks I am fine today after run 2 yesterday, I think my aches from run 1 were from the leg day I decided to do in the gym after, I won’t be doing that again lol.
