So today is w1r2 but my poor legs, I am dying in pain😩
I have to drop my son off to nursery for 12 and I go straight to the gym from there. I have done so much stretching, soaks in a hot bath and have used a foam roller but the fronts of my thighs are still on fire🔥 I suppose it’s my own fault as I did my run on Monday then decided to stay in the gym and do leg day 😩
Please pray that I make it through this 2nd run🙏🏼
