Or is it third? I've started and had to stop the programme a few times. Anyway, I still forgot one of the lessons I learned that having cereal for breakfast is Not A Good Idea. Only a little bit came back this time, not like that park run when I had to dash off the course into the bushes! Also forgot the lesson it took so long to learn last time - run slowly. Covering 5 km (including the warm up/down walks) is far too fast, no wonder the last minute of running was a struggle. I need the longer runs of W5 to re-learn the right pace for me. Bring it on!

Good job... will soon find the happy pace, it doesn’t sound like you’re too far from it.

Two important points from your excellent post NRNA, never run🏃 just after eating or drinking🙄, I actually wait at least 90 minutes before I go for a run and of course go to 😊 before leaving the house so I don't need to go into any bushes LOL, when out running don't go too fast, run slower and you will enjoy week 5 run 3.
