Good luck, I managed to keep it going for the full run times today (I say running, I’m still shuffling/jogging) but was still really hard work. Just kept thinking how great I will feel when I lose some weight and can go out walking with my husband without getting too out of breath. Just keep going xxx
Great job... hubby will take notice when your fitness goes up soon and you’re going longer.
As long as you can laugh about it that's all that matters , well done for getting this far and keep going. If it's any consolation when I run I look like an asthmatic breathing through a straw whilst having a stroke according to my mate!

My hand is up for the truffle shuffle! When my little man (Ct5k coach) on the phone gave me a tip ‘not to be to bouncy in my running’ I was amused - these legs ain’t producing a shred of a bounce!🤪
