I can't believe myself. I have to do 28mins today and I'm not daunted by it! This is amazing progress. The positive feeling the programme is giving me is wonderful. I'm so keen I've already taken a peak at the Bridge to 10k programme too😉(but perhaps that's getting a bit cocky)!

To all the newbies reading this, stick at it, amaze yourself at what you can do.

Right, enough of this self praise, I need to get out there and crack on 🏃🏽‍♀️😜

I’ve just finished W8R1, we are still level pegging. Loved today’s run just as you will 🏃‍♀️💪🏼😀

Hope that run went well, you’ve done great so far. I don’t think it’s cocky to start looking at the bridge, I think it’s a sensible thing to do... you’re close to finishing what you came here to do and then consolidate, but what next... yes, you have a longer term goal in Central Park, but it can be easy to lose a bit of direction at the end of a plan... bridge will give you something to focus on in the shorter term.
