Well last week I started and completed W4R1 but my knee flared up again - that’s cos I is a Lardy arse!!! So instead of Thursday for R2 I decided to wait an extra day! Friday came and I went down with a bang with flu! Temp now down but coughing and wheezing but getting better. Going to rest this week and return next week but redo W3 to get going again! Got tuby grip for knee and or brace and should be off meds by then so all systems go again. Thought I better post as would hate you all to think I quit!!

Don't quit! I missed a few runs last week but can back this week and felt stronger. You can do this. Hope you feel better soon too.

You are wise! Get some time to regenerate and go out again! Knee tube - good idea. Maybe some antiinflammatory ointment? Do you take some joint supplements? Maybe it is some temporary thing to think about?
Flu - poor you I hate those cold and flu symptoms. Hold on thighs! I am happy that you are getting better!
