I started week 4 last week and found it really hard. Due to a sad family event didn't complete the 2 remaining runs so this week I decided to start week 4 again. I really surprised myself as I thought I would struggle again but it was ok. I noticed that my breathing was better too. I couldn't breathe in and out for 4 counts but tonight it felt like could have done 5 counts. I kept going and am really pleased I picked it straight back up again. Back on track again now....😀
