Can't believe only 2 more runs till finished C25K, still can't believe it, been tough going at times, but finally feel like I can say I can now jog 30 minutes no problems.
Not fast but still jogging, that 1st 60 seconds seems so long ago now, it's unbelievable determined to carry on 30 minutes 3 times a week, try get speed up a little then push to run for longer, final goal is GNR next year.
This group has been fantastic and motivational has really kept me going, and believing I could and have done this x
