Fabulous first run of week 3 this morning. On holiday on the Lizard, Cornwall, so I had a gorgeous view at 7.15 this morning.

I'll be there for half term … hopefully a C25K graduate by then. I've been studying the maps looking for coastal runs right from the cottage, maybe even combine a run with a dip in the sea (ok, that last bit might be a bit optimistic!).
