I nearly didn't go out this morning after stopping after 20 minutes on Sunday but stuffed the gremlins in the cupboard and went for it. I took a different route and managed to complete the 25 minutes. The good news is that I found my slow happy pace and my breathing was fine so it's the muscle resilience that needs to improve. Going forward I think I will stay with the outside runs now and keep the treadmill for rainy days.
