Had to go back to week 6 run 2. (10 mins of running x2). I did a lot of walking fast on 2nd run. I’m walking at 5 and running at 6 on the treadmill. I know that might sound rubbish but I’ve just not been motivated or I’ve left it too late to run before work. Perhaps this is a new start.
I have to have my diabetes/menopause bloods taken next week. I hope I haven’t let myself down by not continuing enough after graduating in April. My numbers were lowering even if I wasn’t losing weight. I feel a bit fed up. Can you tell? 🙁
