I can’t believe I’ve just completed run 3 of week 4. It’s not been easy as we are running through fields and woods, up hill and down hill, I much prefer the downhill though lol. I dreaded tonight’s run and nearly very nearly didn’t go but I’m so glad now that I did Feeling motivated to start week 5
