Just completed w6r1 after a 10 day break from the last run after a week long all inclusive holiday.
I took all my running gear with me with the best intentions but never got out. Had too much beer cigarettes and food and now 4 pounds heavier lol. Had a long day at work but got out on the run and completed it. It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting I even had enough in the tank to run faster for the last min even though I got a bit of stitch for the first time:
I seem to be getting slower km times each longer run which is worrying hope I havnt out myself back too far
