Does anyone else struggle with breathing? I’m finding that I’m panting more at the beginning when I go out jogging, & then my breathing seems to settle down. Maybe as I find more rhythm?

You have just described the "toxic ten" minutes or so that it takes our bodies to work out its responses to the demands being made of it. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Don't fight it by pushing too hard at the start of a run and give yourself a longer warm up if needs be..................it is a rare runner who does not suffer like this.
