just completed week 7 then got a little run down , ulcer on my tonque and a general bad feeling throughout , like a cold . so I decided to lay off running for a whole week ..returning yesterday I could have gone back a week in the program to week 6 , or start where I left off , end of week 7 ..I decided for the latter ..week 8 , I did the 28m run , but hell it was hard , mentally had to push myself to finish , I could not get out of bed this morning.

Well done. I am in the exact same position. Completed week 7 and then picked up a nasty dose of the flu. Back to full health now. Did a 22 minute run on Monday to get rid of the cobwebs. Played an hour of 5 a side football last night and I'm hoping to tackle Week 8 Run 1 tomorrow evening.

P.S. Am a graduate who is repeating!!
