to all new runners.who start there c25k today enjoy slow and steady and yes you can do it am 58 heart bypass and never run in my life and now am on w5r1 today i cant belive were i am already the program works good luck everyone

It certainly does work I started way back in April completed in July. Now I run 3 times a week at 5k. No where near the time of 30 minutes. But I'm still out there calling myself a runner not a Jogger now. Well done keep up the good work.
