Had a bad one on Saturday with w6r2, ended up stopping ~6 minutes in to the second 10 minute run.
I think it was a combination of a new top making me overheat, coupled with already feeling a cold coming on, and going too fast (got new PBs in strava)...
Re-run it last night (Tuesday) and the extra rest day, and with a more sensible top completed it
We do say, often, go slowly It’s key to finishing the sessions, which is the object of the exercise 🙂
