I actually find it easier running without music, something I thought Id never be able to do. Maybe something to do with paying more attention to my breathing and running rhythms without the added complication of a song at the same time?
Just ran run3 tonight, and found the first 10 minutes hard but not too bad after that.

Blame it on the boogie. We all have our comfort zones and going in we make presumptions about what they will be. Many run with music so it must be right... but like getting the right shoes, everything else has to be your way too for it to feel great. I’m strange too... I listen to fast music to keep the speed down as it relaxes me more.
