So after my big come back and completing week 1 last week, today I set out on week 2. Run for 90 sec's I thought, should be easy as 60 sec's was good last week , HOW WRONG WAS I ?? By half way my head was telling me I was mad, my legs went a little wobbly and I thought damn!! But my pigheadedness made me carry on to the end.
So after reading some other peoples comments on here I am glad it is not just me finding the jump hard but hopefully run 2 on Thursday will feel a little easier (fingers crossed)
