So next week marks the start of week 9. I genuinely can’t believe it! It’s said on here all the time, but this is such a good programme.
I’ll miss Sarah - she’s so chipper and always nice, even if I’m finding it really tough. I never run with music so I’m not sure what I’ll do after next week - perhaps go headphone free and just check my watch for time.
I’m really hoping that I’ll continue to run without the programme, I’ve loved it so much - I plan to slowly approach bridge to 10k whilst branching more into trail running. But will spend a few weeks making sure I’m comfortable with 5k. I’ve also signed up to start rowing this month (slidey seat, toppling in rowing!) so hopefully that will also continue to help improve my breathing - the folk at the club looked SO FIT AND HEALTHY. Maybe one day that’ll be me

Stupendous effort - do enjoy week 9 I’ve found it flew by. I’m now into my first week of consolidating. I’m taking it slow and steady. So much too learn about running. Well done and happy rowing.
Enjoy your final week and rowing! Running with music is really nice - you should try it. Also get one of the running Apps like mapyourrun - it will keep you informed of your speed/splits whilst you are running which will motivate you to keep on improving. Enjoy!
