I ended up running without the family for the first time since starting (and I still went- motivation is good!).
Didn’t find it too hard. The 90s run was relatively easy. The 3 minute run a bit harder. I am struggling with the lower sides of my legs though, which really hurt/burn and when I slow to walking I was hobbling a bit 😩. Not too bad now I’ve stopped though so hopefully my body is just getting used to me trying to get fit 🤭
Anyhoo...onwards and upwards. Week 4 on Wednesday 🤔😊👍🏽
